After three decades of planning, progress on the Ivanpah Valley airport moves into the “environmental phase” to see how the 6,000-acre development will shake out in the desert south of Vegas. The airport could be ready by 2037, which feels right around the corner, doesn’t it? [KLAS]

NV Energy says customers will see a lower rate on their bill, beginning this month, with a drop of 15% expected by the end of 2024 (compared to the previous year). The decrease could continue into 2025, which goes beyond mere seasonal adjustments 🤞 [KVVU]
