☢️ Will Congress Cancel Yucca Mountain?

Nevada’s two U.S. senators want the federal government to find another use for Yucca Mountain — like making it a data center or defense facility. Sens. Catherine Cortez Masto and Jacky Rosen introduced a bill to terminate the site’s approval as a nuclear waste dump, even though it's been dormant for years. [KVVU]

The Evel Knievel Museum is moving from Topeka, Kansas to the Downtown Arts District in Las Vegas. Cheese meets '80s metal.” #CountMeIn [KSNV]

The Smith Center has a Design Your Own Series offer — 15% discount on 3 different shows and 20% on 5 different shows. The Broadway series, Las Vegas Philharmonic, and Nevada Ballet Theatre performances are excluded, but it's a great way to see a few concerts or other performances at the Smith Center.
