Well, if you’re measuring by large chunks of the valley, the Southwest has a median annual household income of $88,423. That’s the highest in Southern Nevada, edging out the $86,682 figure for Henderson, which topped the study last year. [Las Vegas Review-Journal]
🌳 Green Party Returns to Nevada’s Presidential Ballot
Depending on your viewpoint, the Green Party is a much-needed alternative in the presidential race or a spoiler that does more harm than good. Regardless, it looks like the Green Party submitted enough signatures to appear on the Nevada ballot, giving voters in the state the likely option of voting for perennial presidential candidate Jill Stein for the first time.
