📪 Trump Sues Nevada
Donald Trump’s presidential campaign is suing Nevada over its election practices, claiming the state counts mail-in ballots without a postmark. State law says all ballots must be postmarked by Election Day and have three days to be counted — and allows those with a date that “cannot be determined” to qualify. [Nevada Independent]

🎈 Las Vegas Bans Balloons
Time to rethink that gender reveal party. The city of Las Vegas passed an ordinance banning the release of mylar balloons outdoors. This whole thing became an issue after one of them hit a power line, causing an electricity outage for 12,000 people. [KVVU]
🛞 Cybertruck Joyride Under Investigation
A captain stationed at Creech Air Force Base is under military investigation for driving a Tesla Cybertruck more than 80 miles per hour in a 35-mile per hour zone. This normally wouldn’t make the news, but the guy posted evidence of the act on social media 🫡 He’s now claiming he was “conducting a road test” in coordination with his “cop buddies.” [KLAS]
