It’s possible. Clark County officially extended plans (or more accurately, a rough idea) for a third Wynn hotel tower on the opposite side of the Strip where the long-gone New Frontier once stood. The current deadline to get things started is 2026. [Las Vegas Review-Journal]
💸 Vegas = More Expensive to Visit
If you think it’s getting expensive to live in Vegas, try visiting here. A new study says Sin City leads all U.S. travel destinations in the growth of travel costs over the past five years. Hotels went up by 47% and daily meals were up 14%. The good news: flights to and from Vegas actually decreased in price. [Las Vegas Review-Journal]
☀️ Bye Bye Solarize
Solarize was fined $460,000 and banned from operating in Nevada after the solar energy company was found responsible for 46 violations against 13 homeowners. It’s the harshest crackdown since the State Contractors Board launched a Solar Investigations Unit. [KSNV]
