Not In My Backyard?

Controversy continues to surround a planned Mormon temple in Lone Mountain, which residents argue doesn’t match the rural character of the neighborhood. With that in mind, City Cast Las Vegas co-hosts Sarah Lohman and Dayvid Figler talk with planning commissioner Jeff Rogan about how to take an active role in facing and understanding developments where you live.

💰 After last week’s “debate,” the betting odds shifted stronger into Donald Trump’s favor in the race for the White House, giving the Republican a 60% chance (-130) to win. President Biden’s chances plummeted to 22% (+355).

Just remember …

Nothing is a sure thing in politics — and you can’t bet on elections in Nevada anyway.
