On “no taxes on tips”

As a former waitress, I know the money in the actual wages is low. The tips help to make it a more realistic wage to tax. We all know that the actual cash tips are not the actual income. It is a percentage that is claimed. This is all fine, but what happens when you don’t pay Social Security taxes on your wages? If you continue in these types of jobs all your life, it will be a rude awakening when you retire.

I miss the old Vegas I knew back until about 2012. I remember how I used to hit the Strip by starting at the New York-New York casino, and I could literally WALK across the street to the MGM!
