🤖 Is Vegas ready for an AI hotel?

September 20, 2024 · Rob Kachelriess

🎉 We love to talk about events, whether it’s the listings in the newsletter, on our website, or in a special weekly planner that’s exclusive for City Cast Las Vegas members.

But here’s another one worth your attention. The Space hosts Punk Rock is Beautiful, an all-ages concert with food trucks 4 - 10:30 p.m. on Saturday. All proceeds will be donated to the Vegas Pet Rescue Project, a group advocating for animal protections after the recent death of Reba, an abandoned dog.

We hope they have a packed house this weekend 🎸

🤖 Vegas Hotels, Now with Artificial Intelligence

The Otonomus Hotel and apartment hybrid will have AI features when it opens in 2025 near Allegiant Stadium. An app will track the habits of tenants and guests to customize the experience … which doesn’t sound creepy at all. [Las Vegas Review-Journal]

🎶 Big Names, Big Festivals

The headliners were announced for the Neon City Festival, a free Downtown event that coincides with Formula 1 weekend Nov. 21 - 24. Who made the lineup? Click here to find out.

🚧 Chasing Pavement

This is weird. Residents in a Henderson neighborhood failed to move their cars for road work despite at least two warnings. So the work was done around the cars, leaving gaps in the asphalt. [KVVU]
