🚘 Rideshare Road Rage Turns Deadly

An armed Uber driver was shot dead in front of the Palazzo after leaving two passengers in his vehicle and confronting a woman in another car who also had a gun. Police blame road rage and are trying to determine if the woman acted in self-defense. [KLAS]

🎊 Iron Grip of Goodman Rule Honored

The combined mayordom of Oscar and Carolyn Goodman was honored in a surprise celebration with statues in front of City Hall. The road out front will be named Goodman Way and an upcoming plaza will also be named after Carolyn Goodman, the current mayor, who steps down from office next month. [KSNV]
