🍎 Teachers Face Anti-Flirting Bill
A Nevada bill designed to crack down on teachers “grooming” students is on track for consideration in next year’s legislative session. If passed as written, the law would allow the state to put a teacher’s license on hold due to a pattern of flirtatious behavior, unwanted touching, seeking unreasonable time alone with a student, referencing a student’s clothes in a sexual manner, and other questionable activity. Shelley Berkley will be sworn in tomorrow as the mayor of Las Vegas. In her final act in office, current mayor Carolyn Goodman gave the Chippendales the key to the city, which is the most Las Vegas thing ever.
