If being charged in the murder of Tupac Shakur wasn’t enough, Duane "Keffe D" Davis now faces battery charges for a fight with another inmate (and Tupac fan?), which ended when pepper spray made an appearance. The confrontation was caught on surveillance cameras. [KVVU]

A CCSD police officer admitted he disconnected a heat sensor and failed to check on a K9 left in a vehicle for more than six hours, leading to the animal’s death. [KSNV]
