🚨 Police Officer and Suspect Dead After Shootout
A North Las Vegas police officer died in the hospital after being shot multiple times. The suspect was also killed. The officer was responding to a report of a person threatening someone with a gun in a neighborhood near Craig Ranch Regional Park. [KLAS]

According to allegations in the arrest report for Gary Guymon, the former prosecutor …
- Encouraged prostitution from women to service him and his associates.
- Nicknamed the so-called prostitution ring the “$100 club.”
- Made threats of incarceration and mentioned “the only way to stop” one particular woman was “to kill her.”
- Began a romantic relationship with a client, bought her a Range Rover, and described himself as the “gorilla pimp” in her life.
- Tried to pay a woman $1,000 a month to prevent testimony in court.
- Posted a cash bond after his Monday arrest. The total bail amount was $93,000. [Las Vegas Review-Journal]
