🚘 Next month marks 13 years since I moved to Las Vegas for good, and it’s no exaggeration to say a lot has changed since then — especially when it comes to parking 🤨

🔥 Molotov Cocktail Party
The FBI is investigating what Metro calls a “targeted attack” on a Southwest Valley collision shop that set a parking lot of Tesla vehicles on fire. At least one suspect remains on the run. Police haven’t said if the arson was a political statement in response to Elon Musk’s role in the Trump administration, but the word “resist” spray-painted on the front door is a pretty good giveaway. 🚄 High-Speed Rail on Track
Brightline exceeded expectations by selling $2.5 billion in private activity bonds. Translation: the company might have enough cash to actually build this high-speed rail line between Vegas and SoCal. [Las Vegas Review-Journal]
⚾ A’s for Effort
The owner of the A’s is selling shares of the team to help finance a move to Las Vegas, based on a $2 billion valuation 🤔 That seems ambitious for a team that ranked dead last in average attendance last year. [CNBC/ESPN]
