May 13, 2025 · — Rob Kachelriess

🕺 Hey all…

Don’t be alarmed if you see an excess of neon fashion and furry boots in Las Vegas. The Electric Daisy Carnival is coming to town this week — and believe it or not, single-day admission is still available for Sunday at the Motor Speedway.

If you’re EDC-curious and want to check it out, tickets start at $280. Just be ready to call into work sick Monday morning 😴

✍️ Mark your calendars …

City Cast Las Vegas has a live podcast taping at the Rita Deanin Abbey Museum on Thursday, May 22 at 6:30 p.m.

This is a wonderful excuse to visit one of my favorite museums in Las Vegas — a beautiful space that houses the vast and varied art pieces of the late Rita Deanin Abbey, a UNLV professor who drew inspiration from Nevada’s natural landscapes.

Tickets are free for the taping — and moving fast. Get yours today and join us for a special night 👍
