🖥️ Data Stolen in Nevada Cyberattack
Nevada confirms statewide systems were targeted in a “sophisticated” cyberattack and data was stolen, although the nature of the data is unknown at this time. No mention of who might be responsible or details on ransom demands. DETR, which recently upgraded to a new system, is fully operational. The DMV site is back online, while offices remain closed. The FBI is seeking tips. [KTNV]
😴 Hotel Was Only a Dream
The Dream hotel near the “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas” sign turned into a nightmare as work stalled early and the developers racked up millions in unpaid bills.
