BREAKING: State to Tesla Tunnels: “Cease and Desist”

City Cast Las Vegas, in collaboration with ProPublica, has learned the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection sent a letter to Elon Musk’s Boring Company demanding $242,800 in penalties for nearly 800 workplace violations committed since 2023 — while reserving the right to cease and desist construction of underground Vegas Loop tunnels for Tesla shuttles.
