🚂 Nevada Democrats Hop On GOP Budget Train

Just weeks after our exclusive report on Nevada fining Elon Musk’s Boring Company for nearly 800 environmental violations, Clark County regulators slapped down a $500,000 penalty of their own on the builders of the underground Vegas Loop. Inspectors say construction crews were careless about dumping untreated waste fluids in manholes and pretending to comply before going back to their filthy habits. [Fortune]

• These problems have been apparent from the start. [City Cast Las Vegas 🎧]
