🚧 Titus Seeks Boring Co. Oversight

Rep. Dina Titus (D-NV) wants Clark County commissioners to host a public hearing on the safety risks associated with the Boring Company’s underground Vegas Loop. The Congresswoman is also planning a letter to Gov. Lombardo requesting oversight of Elon Musk’s project (after a history of violations, fines, and possibly endangering our water supply) and says — if needed — OSHA can always get involved on a federal level.

🤔 A Special Session During a Special Session?

Nevada lawmakers may call their own special session in Carson City, overlapping with the current one, to tackle corporate home ownership. The issue isn’t on Gov. 💣 Piero’s Explosion Caught On Camera

Surveillance cameras caught the moment a bomb went off outside Piero’s restaurant. Don't get too excited. Judging by the images, the blast was on the small side and appeared to extinguish on its own. An employee trashed the remains the following morning, not realizing what it was. [KLAS]
