An Arts District dispute over patio concerts got louder this week, as a landlord is now suing his own tenant in an effort to quiet early-evening concerts. It comes after noise complaints from a single neighbor – and it raises the question: Can new arrivals to the Arts District handle what the neighborhood has to offer?
