Homelessness can feel like an insurmountable problem — one so big it drowns out the people actually solving it. Brent Nowak, engagement liaison for the Shine a Light Foundation, joins us to pull back the curtain on the estimated 1,500 people living underground in Vegas's flood channels — and what it actually takes to help them find a way out.
